Searsport - Reginald W. Withee, Sr., 68, died Oct. 2, 1988, at a Bangor hospital. He was born in Dexter, Feb. 26, 1921. He worked for many years in the local shoe industry. He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Reginald and Linda Withee of Saudi Arabia; one daughter and son-in-law, Robert and Edie Banks of Belfast; 13 grandchildren, many great grandchildren. Friends may call at the Coombs Funeral Home, Belfast, 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Jim Begley officiating. Interment will be at Mount Prospect Cemetery, Stockton.
