Madison - David C. Withee, seven-weeks-old son of Clifford H. and Janice MacLeod Withee, died early Sunday at a Skowhegan hospital after three days illness.

He was born in Skowhegan last Oct. 3.

Besides his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Bruce and Robert; a sister, Susan; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Malcolm MacLeod, and several aunts and uncles.

Prayers will be said at Forest Hill Cemetery at 3 p.m. today by the Rev. Harold Shepard.
