Port Byron, April 24. - The death of Frank Wethey, who resided on his farm two miles south of this village, occurred yesterday after two weeks illness with appendicitis. An operation was performed a week ago. He was 42 years of age and is survived by his wife and three small children, his mother, Mrs. Mary J. Wethey; four brothers, Theodore Wethey of Savannah, Hershal Wethey of Ohio, Alfred Wethey of Auburn, Myron Wethey of New York, and two sisters, Mrs. Hattie Newkirk of Auburn, Mrs. Irving Delamater of Weedsport.

The funeral will be held at his residence tomorrow at 2 o’clock. Interment will be made at Throopsville.
