Mrs. Harriet A. McWethy, 82, wife of John E. McWethy, died suddenly Saturday evening at the home of her son, Miller E. McWethy, of No. 22 Prospect avenue. Born at Pavilion, Mrs. McWethy lived there nearly all her life, coming to Batavia with her husband two years ago.
Besides her husband and son, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Charles Higgins and a brother, George Tillotson, both of Pavilion Center, and two grandchildren, Vernon L. and Onalee McWethy of Batavia.
Funeral services for Mrs. McWethy will be held at 3 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Burial will be in Pavilion Cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Harriett McWethy were held from the home of her son, Miller E. McWethy of No. 22 Prospect avenue, at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon. The Rev. F. H. Dickerson, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal church at Stafford, officiated. The bearers were Ralph, Herbert and Harold Tillotson, Howard Higgins, William Vaggs and A. W. Smith, all nephews of the deceased. Interment was in the family lot in Oatka cemetery at Pavilion.
Relatives and friends attended the funeral from Rochester, Scottsville, LeRoy, Stafford, Pavilion and Perry. There were many beautiful floral offerings.
