Born Sept. 3, 1891, in Illinois, she married Daniel Lorenzo "Ren" Black in Salt Lake City April 10, 1911. He died in 1945. She lived in Eden until 1935 when she moved to Twin Falls. About 1972, she moved to Pocatello.
Mrs. Black was a member of the LDS church, serving as Relief Society president for many years.
Surviving are: a son, Lelan Black of Pocatello; two grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters, three brothers and a grandchild.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at White Mortuary in Twin Falls, with Bishop Karl Black officiating. Friends may call at the mortuary from 5 to 9 p.m. today and Friday until the time of the service. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
